In any types of business, you will definitely deal with customers/clients. If you are lucky, then most probably you won’t have to deal with customers’ complaint because the customer service department will handle them. However, if you want to learn more about solving customers’ complaint, below will be come in handy.
1. Listen.
Listen can make your customer feel better and it shows that you care about their problems. In many cases, even if it is not your fault, do not argue with your customers. It will not solve the problems but will definitely affect your business.Remember, a customer tells recommend a good company to 3 of his friends and condemn a bad company to 11 of his friends.
2. Offer a Solution.
Always prepare solutions for every complaint. Customers do not want to see you cry or blame on other departments. All they want is, you provide a solution that they want. That’s it.There are many types of solution: Fixing, Refund, Replacement, Money off next purchase (discount), apologize or compensate their losses and more.
This is the 2 main important things to remember when you deal with complaint customers in future.
