The requirement to fit in this particular position is to have excellent technical skill in networking & wireless devices. Moreover, preferably 2-3 years of working experience in technical support or system engineering. Applicants must be willing to work in Selangor. Applicants can be in Junior Executives specializing in System Support or equivalent. Candidate who is able to converse in Chinese will be an added advantage. Good in technical knowledge (e.g. wireless device) & proficient in IT (e.g. configuring network devices). Furthermore, candidate must posses at least Diploma or  Bachelor in Computer Science & at least 1-2 years experience as system engineer; Strong Technical Support.

Job Responsibilities for the successful candidate is to support and provide solutions to internal technical issues (IT related). In addition, the candidate must take up responsibilities to solve each issue & analyze problems and suggest better resolutions. Problem resolution within the predefined Service Level. Must be willing to join team meeting and training to improve work performance. Prepare weekly report to respective superior. Built & maintain a strong relationship with colleagues. at last but not least, to improve overall system performance.
