Throughout the years in the industry, I hardly understand a young jobseekers mind. I just have a few questions running through my mind:
Do you know that your resume photo should be decent and professional looking?
If yes, why do you still send in photos with low cut blouse, worn-out T-shirt, and a super-cute, self-snapped pose?
