As HR, we usually perform a reference check to jobseekers previous employment before we officially invites the jobseeker to work on board. Meaning to say, after a good round of interview, doesn’t mean that you’ve passed after all. NOT BEFORE THE REFERENCE CHECK.

Sometimes I really don’t understand what’s behind the mind of a jobseeker. Today, as I was browsing through some resume to shortlist some candidates for a few sales position, I came across this resume which I find it so wrong. From my experience being a professional career trainer, I found out that most job seeker ignore the most important piece during a job hunt – the resume. Many jobseekers would write the resume based on “as-a-matter-of-fact” or “it’s just a procedure” manner.
