- To coordinate all in-coming sales enquirers by telephone, fax and email
- Prepare Quotation, correspondence, issuing Invoices / Delivery Order , business letter and other related correspondences
- Plan and arrange for delivery schedule
- To coordinate sales and operations' activities
- To maintain and keep-up customers database
- Perform daily office administration tasks as required
- Manage company database of customers updating details and requirement.
- Manage customer's enquirers queries, orders and any other requirements professionally and in a timely manner.
