- Degree/Diploma in Building, Quantity Survey or equivalent;
- Driven and proactive;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Comfortable working with project engineers and external clients;
- Required a good understanding of contract requirements;
- High level of integrity
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadline;
- Good analytical, planning and organizing skill
- Mandatory Language: English
- Optional Language: Bahasa Malaysia

- Prepare, generate and process progress claims on timely basis;
- Work with project personnel on work done feedback and maximization of certification received;
- Prompt follow-up on claims and collections on certified amount;
- Negotiate with external clients on shortfall in certifications, temporary usage agreements, pricing of variation and final accounts with the supervision of immediate superior;
- Perform customer collection calls, send reminder letters to customers with overdue accounts to facilitate timely payments and assist the customer in resolving all disputes;
- Report on collection status and outstanding accounts to immediate superior;
- Perform all relevant and related contract administrative work.
