Job Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in Building, Quantity Survey or equivalent;
  • Driven and proactive;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Comfortable working with project engineers and external clients;
  • Required a good understanding of contract requirements;
  • High level of integrity
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadline;
  • Good analytical, planning and organizing skill
  • Mandatory Language: English
  • Optional Language: Bahasa Malaysia

 

Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare, generate and process progress claims on timely basis;
  • Work with project personnel on work done feedback and maximization of certification received;
  • Prompt follow-up on claims and collections on certified amount;
  • Negotiate with external clients on shortfall in certifications, temporary usage agreements, pricing of variation and final accounts with the supervision of immediate superior;
  • Perform customer collection calls, send reminder letters to customers with overdue accounts to facilitate timely payments and assist the customer in resolving all disputes;
  • Report on collection status and outstanding accounts to immediate superior;
  • Perform all relevant and related contract administrative work.
