- Minimum 3 years of similar working experience
- Pleasant disposition and mature in outlook with good PR and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken English as well as good knowledge in using Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Having considerable attitude to take initiatives towards ensuring the office is organized efficiently and effectively
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Mature, proactive, independent and must be computer literate
- Provide a passport size photo
- Possess valid driving license and able to travel when required

- Responsible for all Admin / PA relates matters
- To provide secretarial duties and handle confidential matters
- To coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings and travel
- To be responsible for efficient management for COO’s schedules
- To be responsible for issuance of invoices to clients, mailing and assist in collection activities
- Handle calls and enquiries from clients and suppliers
- Responsible for preparation of new folder, filing and independence checking for all potential clients
- To be responsible for brief introduction for new staff
- Willing to face challenges & working under pressure or minimum supervision.
- Working experience in sales/marketing is an added advantage
- To undertake administrative and other ad-hoc duties specified by the Management from time to time
