- Prepare of purchase order, quotation, performa invoices etc,
- Proper coordination with suppliers and central warehouse for the despatch of material,
- Proper track of delivery of material,
- Ensure proper customer satisfaction,
- Follow up for the documents, accounts related work of the branch.
- Perform ad hoc administrative task, and preparing reports
- Reading and translating some documents (Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia) - Taiwan based electronics trading company.
- Candidate must posses at least Primary/Secondary/High School/O-Level/SPM, Higher Secondary/Pre-U/A Level/STPM, Other Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma, Bachelor in
Business Management/Law : Any Business Management/Law Field/Others - Required skills: Sales experience
